• Fresh organic vegetables, fruits, herbs
• Perishable items
• Customized/printed products

2. Receive Return Authorization (RA) number
3. Pack product securely with RA number
4. Ship to: Herbs Oasis Returns, [Your Address], Coimbatore
5. Attach invoice and return reason

6. Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping for change of mind
• We pay return shipping for defective/wrong products
• Safe packaging required - damaged returns rejected

7. Refund Process (Razorpay)

• Refunds processed to original payment method
• Razorpay processing time: 5-7 business days
• Bank posting time: 2-3 additional business days
• Full refund minus any applicable deductions

8. Refund Deductions

• 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns
• Original shipping charges non-refundable
